Rosemont is approximately ½ way between
Plymouth and Tavistock on the A386 in a village
called Yelverton. |

From the end of the
M5 Motorway at Exeter there are 2 main options*

1) Follow the A38 to Plymouth
and then head North on the A386
signposted to Tavistock. |

2) Follow the A30 (towards Okehampton) and then turn South on
the A386 signposted to Tavistock,
continue through Tavistock following signs to
Plymouth |

As
you enter Yelverton, you will come to a
roundabout. Take the exit signposted Princetown
(B3212).
Once on the Princetown road take the FIRST LEFT
(the turning is only 25 metres from
the roundabout). |

Rosemont is the first house on the left
of the row of houses directly in front of you.

There are regular services
(3 per hour) between Plymouth and Tavistock which all
stop 50m from the Rosemont.

a taxi will take 20 minutes and cost £18 (approx). |

Plymouth City Airport is
only about 5 miles away and has good connections to the
rest of the UK with AirSouthwest, from where a 15
minute taxi ride will bring you to our door. |
