Breakfast
at The Rosemont
is something our guests all look forward to. Our policy
uses locally sourced, quality foods and provisions
supplied by Bidders our local butcher. So local it's
just across the Village Green.
A
Full English Breakfast.
Bacon - from local,
free-range pigs. Reared, prepared and cured in the
traditional way from Uglows
farm, Whitstone. (25 miles away)
Eggs are
laid by free-range hens from Cotehele Farm, Gunnislake.
(8 miles)
Sausages are made to order
from naturally fed, prime South Devon beef, reared
at Toops Farm, Walkhampton. (1 ½ miles)
Whenever possible we use
locally grown tomatoes and mushrooms.
We also have
some alternatives to the traditional English breakfast.
Irish
Two Irish potato Farls covered with lightly scrambled
eggs topped with flakes of smoked salmon and served with
a small dish of cream cheese.
Continental
Two warmed croissants. Butter, Honey and local
preserves will be found on the buffet.

North American
Three small pancakes served
with a jug of maple syrup. Add
a rasher of bacon to compliment your choice.
Everything
is carefully prepared by Chris and Julie to make sure
you have the heartiest, happiest breakfast to start your
day.
